Great staff.

Brand new house and on the first shower the shower basin filled up with water. Called Groff's and they sent Stan out. Stan couldn't have done a better job. He immediately identified a rag was left in the drain by the tile contractor. Rag removed and shower drained properly. Stan also identified a very low water pressure issue. He corrected the issue and now we have great water pressure. Groff's has my business.

Had my bathroom sink fixed

No one wants to come home to saturated carpets, but alas I did. Groff's technician, James, not only got me fixed up the same day but did it MOST efficiently! My water heater is in such an awkward place and he managed to pull it out and get an even bigger one in! I couldn't be more pleased with his performance! Thanks, James and Groff's for coming to my rescue!

Not the cheapest, but great and timely service

My heater went out overnight (on what will be the coldest) days. My normal comp came but did not have the part..called a couple places..could not find it. Called Geoff spoke with Adrian he found me the part..tech Garrett came out within an hour and my heat is back on..THANKS. EVERYONE was very nice..thx also to Ashley for getting someone out quickly.

I found myself with a clogged toilet on a Saturday evening that I couldn't get unclogged myself. I called Groff's on Sunday to see if someone could come out. they were very willing to have someone come . they discussed rates with me before they came out. they we able to take care of my problem and because it didn't take as much as they thought, the rate was less than we discussed. thanks for helping me out of a jam.

We had a leak in our upstairs bathtub. Groff’s came out quickly for a free estimate and then sent out a plumbing repair tech within 2-3 hours. Vince did a nice job of finding and repairing the leak. He was quick, professional and explained everything. We are satisfied !
