Groff’s Heating, AC & Plumbing has been growing since 1987 and now employs many long-term employees, including certified and licensed technicians, more than 15 licensed plumbers, and a fleet of over 50 trucks that serve customers across Lancaster, Chester, Berks, and York Counties.

DeVon serves as the CEO of Groff’s Heating, AC & Plumbing and continues to shape the short-term and long-term visions for the company. He uses his 40 years of experience to serve our customers as part of the HVAC sales department.
Denny is the president and CFO of Groff’s Heating & Plumbing, managing company operations. He has over 40 years of plumbing and electrical experience.
